  We have used Oceanside Services for many years and have always found them 5 stars. Recently I needed to use their electrical services on an issue at our property and I could not fault them. Also their administration staff are also worth a mention, for the service they provide. Thanks again from a very happy customer.

  I don't often leave reviews, but wanted to leave one for Oceanside Services (Plumbing). Cyclone Alfred has caused a power outage in our building. When power came back on half the apartments had no gas. Faulty gas regulators were suspected but when Michael attended, it was found that the installation of the gas pipe work was the problem. Michael, as a representative of Oceanside was prompt, neat, professional and very pleasant. He had a neat and tidy tool box and all the right tools. Michael explained the issues as he corrected the pipe work and fittings. He provided a very detailed gas certification sheet, including photos that explained what he found upon arrival and what he did to fix things. I still have the fittings that show the incorrect use of Loxeal and Loctite that caused the problem. Oceanside also do electrical work, our apartment building will now only use Oceanside Services. The reception staff are also excellent, patiently listening as I tried to explain my gas issue. From start to finish, this is a great company. The price for their work was very reasonable and the fact they were able to fix it on first visit was wonderful. Give them a go, you will not be disappointed.

  Oceanside was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. The different crew that attended sight were very friendly, courteous and did a great job in quick time. Corey established where the leak was with his specialised Leak detection equipment, and Jack did a great job repairing the problem. Special mention to Corey, Jack and Janene, as all 3 were very professional, polite and easy to deal with. Great customer service…. Such a difference from the other “fly by night” companies out there. 👍

  Recently had a cold water pipe pinhole leak at our home, after ringing several plumbers on a Friday afternoon, I tried Oceanside and was very happy to hear that Michael was available within the hour to sort it. He did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable for a callout. Will definitely use them again for works we have planned in future!

They sent out Byron first thing in the morning where he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed my hot water system within a few hours. Grateful for Oceanside and Byron for his quick and effective service. Thankful to the team.
