**Review of Nerang Plumbing** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill from Nerang Plumbing, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the service I received. From start to finish, Bill showcased professionalism and expertise that truly deserve a five-star rating. I had several complex plumbing jobs that needed attention, and I was initially overwhelmed by the thought of finding someone who could handle such intricate work. However, Bill approached each task with confidence and skill. He took the time to thoroughly assess the challenges at hand and explained the steps he would take to resolve them, which instantly put my mind at ease. What stood out the most was Bill's attention to detail and his commitment to delivering quality results. He tackled issues that I thought would be a nightmare to fix, yet he managed to complete them efficiently and effectively. It's clear that he has a wealth of experience in plumbing, and his problem-solving abilities are top-notch. Not only was Bill incredibly knowledgeable, but he also maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the process. He made sure to answer all my questions and kept me informed about the progress of the work, which I truly appreciated. If you're looking for reliable and skilled plumbing services, I highly recommend Nerang Plumbing and Bill in particular. He made what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and hassle-free one. Thank you, Bill, for your outstanding service! Nikki Phillips CEO whitsunday Gold Coffee

Bill Henson, owner of Nerang Plumbing, is a world-class plumber. I don't say that lightly. One of my professional hats is customer experience (CX) consulting and training. Bill is highly qualified. Besides being a plumber, he has drainage and roof plumbing qualifications. He is also competent in areas of other trades; which illustrates high intelligence. We have always been extremely happy with Bill's work and help across several properties over the years. Bill is honest, reliable, pleasant to deal with, good value and definitely needs to charge more! He is a throughly decent man.
