We recently had an after-hours emergency when a flexi-hose split in our bathroom and caused significant water damage. The plumber arrived immediately after we called, which gave us huge peace of mind in a very stressful situation. He quickly identified the problem, stopped the leak, and carried out the necessary repairs efficiently and professionally. It was an insurance job, and he made the whole process incredibly easy for us — explaining everything clearly and guiding us through what needed to happen next. He also gave us excellent advice to help prevent similar issues in the future, which we really appreciated. Considering the urgency and the complexity of the situation, he handled it all within a very reasonable timeframe and with great care. Highly recommend his services, especially for emergency call-outs. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when you need it most.

We rung Pete on Sunday at 14.30pm as we had put a pick axe through the high pressure water mains, Pete was prompt with his response, transparent and fair with his pricing. Pete arrived at 14.55pm, was super friendly and professional to deal with and had the water mains turned back on by 15.15pm. I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing a plumber and especially on the weekends.

Peter did an amazing job. He came to do the job which was an emergency on a Saturday evening, no hassle, super friendly and kind and very well priced. Job fixed professionally. Have more work to be done and Peter will be the person I get to do it. This job was right before Christmas too when most tradies are on holidays, and he had no issue with coming to help! Thank you so very much Peter. 5 out of 5 stars!
