  After touching base with Ben I was lucky enough that he could come out within half an hour. I had a couple of blocked toilets which is not the nicest of jobs, but Ben never complained. He was able to resolve the issue relatively quickly after finding a pipe obstruction that had been there for some time. I felt he charged a fair price and he is very personable to deal with. I would certainly recommend and use Ben again for any plumbing needs.

  Reading Plumbing is a superb plumbing business that gives excellent customer service from start to finish. Ben has attended our older style Cotton Tree apartment multiple times for varying plumbing issues over the last 5 years. As we live in Brisbane it has been wonderful to know we can trust his team to help us from a distance, and also our guests if they have identified a problem. Ben is always prompt, explains the issue clearly and provides an honest estimate for the repair.   After being continually letdown by my gas plumber (including spending Xmas with no working cooktop), I engaged Ben to complete my gas install. What a revelation!! Ben and his offsider were punctual, polite, and extremely good at their trade. They completed the work without fuss, and to my complete satisfaction. Their attention to detail was excellent.
