Had a faulty toilet and contracted Iplumb Solutions . Once I was given a date and time , The level of customer service from the time of booking exceeded my expectations. I received a text message confirming the time and was updated on the day of where the plumber was and what time he would arrive . Yes he arrived at the exact time . Dan identified the problem and had the parts needed to fix the issue in his van . Dan was extremely pleasant and professional and had the issues rectified within 20 minutes . One of the most knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated and caring teams, I’ve come across!!! From the office staff , to the plumbers on site, the IPlumb crew are there when you need them. I couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful for their service. Recently IPlumb tackled an ‘almost impossible task’ , and resolved the problem in no time. It was quite impressive !

I contacted Daniel with an urgent water leak issue. He was extremely helpful and responded with sending someone out to fix the leak very quickly. The repair was done without knowing any one had been there which included cutting concrete and refitting it without an issue. All mess was cleaned down after the repair and nothing needed to be done once the job was complete. Excellent service, thanks very much you guys 👍
