  Dylan and H2O plumbing are the real deal. Originally hired them to install a fireplace at a renovation I was doing that was quite complicated with roof trusses and bearers going everywhere, but he came up with solutions not excuses. Note: the fireplace company that recommended H2O couldn't speak highly enough of their communication and technical craftsmanship. Then when I was in a bind with the same reno, one call to Dylan and he came out on a public holiday so that I could finish some bathroom shower heads I couldn't do without a plumber. And now even doing a houseboat Reno I needed a gas line and plumbing redone and certified, I called H2O and they thought outside the square and got it done. If you're not using H2O plumbing for fireplace installs, gas and general yet complicated plumbing works, you're probably paying too much and are very unhappy with your life choices.
