AML Plumbing and Gas

A few years ago, we had a pretty smelly issue so I reached out to Mitch. He was brilliant, as was his beard. Although I called him early Monday morning, he managed to make some time to come around Monday afternoon to investigate the issue with our septic. He showed up on time and after investigating the issue (which wasn't pretty), he said he could get an excavator in on Wednesday. After explaining that my wife was a nurse and had a night shift on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, with Wednesday being one of her sleep days before she backed up (something our household was currently dealing with) Wednesday night for another night shift, she'd struggle to get much sleep with the excavator noise and was there any chance of getting it done tomorrow (Tuesday). I said I completely understood if it couldn't be done and my wife would just have to tolerate it, but he accommodated the request and managed to book the excavator in first thing Tuesday morning. By 10:30am Tuesday the work was done, and we could toilet and shower again, and everything was once again right in the world. As long as Mitch is local and remains in the plumbing game, he now has a client for life. Well done mate, our family appreciate the effort, and we have no hesitation in recommending Mitch and AML to anyone that needs a reliable and honest plumber. Update - We've since had him back to move our hot water system. Another job well done.

Since engaging Mitch the first time, we won't go anywhere else. Good old fashioned service, prompt, and reasonably priced. Mitch always explains the problem & solution in ways us non plumbers understand. Highly recommend.

Mitch was easy to deal with when arranging a time and date. Came out on a Saturday to replace a leaking gas regulator, which meant we had hot water for the weekend.Great service and would highly recommend.
