  He's not called the Doctor of Plumbing for nothing. He was scheduled to replace a toilet at our place in Gympie on Wednesday this week, but when I told him our second toilet was under the house and could only be accessed by negotiating external stairs down there - and that my wife was unwell at present - he adjusted for us and was at our place exactly when he said he'd be there on Monday afternoon! And his workmanship matched his compassion. He was in and away in no time, leaving us with a perfectly functioning new toilet suite, while he also took the old one away for disposal. He does his trade proud.
