He was also extremely thoughtful—he took off his shoes before entering our home, which we really appreciated without even having to ask. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns and made sure to address every single one of them. No rushing, no shortcuts—just thorough, professional work. After everything was done, we could tell that he had taken care in making sure the job was done right, leaving no mess behind.
