We recently completed a major renovation with Blake, Jacki and the team at Magic Plumbing, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Blake’s communication is exceptional. He consistently does exactly what he says he will do – and always in a timely manner. He is, without question, the most professional tradesperson you could hope to work with. Blake takes the time to properly understand what you are trying to achieve, carefully considers the best solution, and then delivers it in a practical, no-nonsense way. His focus is always on making the process run smoothly, and he works incredibly hard to ensure that happens. What truly sets Magic Plumbing apart is how well the entire team operates. Blake communicates clearly and effectively with everyone, so the whole team is always on the same page. They arrive when they say they will, work efficiently, and maintain an exceptionally high standard throughout. Of all the renovation and trade work we’ve had done over the years, this was by far the smoothest, most reliable, and highest-quality experience we’ve had. Blake runs a tight ship and takes the extra time to make sure you are happy at every stage of the process. He values keeping you informed, and it’s clear that his industry knowledge is extensive. There are no shortcuts taken – and that standard is reflected across the entire team. I’ve rarely seen tradespeople work harder or take more pride in their work. A perfect example of this was when Blake set up a temporary shower to get us through the renovation – which, somehow, ended up being better than the one we had before. That level of care and thoughtfulness says everything. Magic Plumbing is codename for EXCELLENCE! We had a disaster of a bathroom and were looking to restore functionality for a short period while a larger scale renovation is planned, and reached out to MP based on previous reviews (thank you former reviewers!!). Blake was a consummate professional with excellent human centred communication and a technical skillset to match. I learned a lot from his detailed and transparent explanation of the issues, products and potential solutions. He has saved us thousands by dispelling previous advice from another company that our tiles/wall needed to be removed to rectify an issue that does not appear to exist. 100% recommend if you want a magic experience in all ways including fair pricing!!

Our daughter has previously used Magic Plumbing and was very pleased with the work. We had a plumbing problem and called Blake. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed and he was able to attend and do the job promptly and efficiently as well as advise on some roof issues. Very happy and well recommended.

Great timing and communication, fast work, good price. --- Editing my review, because Google doesn't allow more than one. - I hired Blake again for a bathroom renovation after a separate, earlier job! Blake from Magic Plumbing completely transformed my bathroom. It feels much more spacious and modern. Blake organised all the trades for me, so it was easy. He was professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. The full renovation, plus some extras from me, went smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Magic Plumbing to anyone. We had a leaking shower tap. I got Blake’s referral from the community page. He is very approachable and clear about what kind of job it could be and how much it will cost me. He was on time. Very polite and respectful as without asking he took off his shoes before entering the house, that’s really thoughtful. My husband was with Blake while he was fixing the tap and his comments were : gentleman and of great demeanour. Thank you Blake for your professionalism.
