Ben was prompt with a quote for a new toilet in a rental property we had just purchased and the new toilet was installed soon after. Pricing was excellent and I am very happy with the job. I will be using Ben for any future plumbing projects.

Fast service and reasonably priced.Ben was very helpful and located and cleared a blocked and buried drain to prevent water damage in the future- this was done at no charge 😄 The reason for engaging Bribie Island Plumbing and Drainage was to replace an old hot water tank and two sets of taps as well as a down pipe-from initial phone contact to completion took just 7 days. Ben left the site very clean and tidy on completion . I have no reservations in recommending Bribie Island Plumbing and Drainage-great professional and friendly service.

We had a mystery water leak on our property. Ben came out right away. While we couldn't locate the leak at first. Ben put me onto Australian leak detectors. It didn't take long to find after that. Huge thankyou to Peter for fixing our hot water piping. Being an older home, our pipes are located under our house. A previous plumber told us that our floors would have to be ripped up. So happy that Peter suggested realigning the pipes to go up into the ceiling, with minimal disruption to walls. Really appreciated the care Peter took to cut the plaster so we didn't have gaping holes and he also covered everything and vaccumed any dust as soon as he'd finished. I love that these guys are local to Bribie and are prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

We rang with a pipe relocation problem so that another trade could finish a job. They were at our home within an hour to assess the job and completed the job an hour later after obtaining the relevant parts so that the other trades didn't miss a beat. Great service!
