Fabulous service and great communication from the office to the plumber on site. We had Lachy who worked hard to find and solve our problem without any one else helping him! He was transparent about the costs, and reason for costs, extra parts that were required that weren't part of the original quote (parts that LG hadn't provided). Wade was punctual, transparent and highly professional. He was clear about the process that needed to be taken during a call-out to our home in Morayfield, and answered all questions thoroughly. He was here promptly after calling the office, and speaking with the helpful Casey, only a couple of hours earlier. Wade went above and beyond to locate a mystery leak.
