Nothing but great service from Mike at better plumbing. He returned my calls promptly, came when he was booked in to have a look at the job and give a quote and the same with the day he came to do the roof repairs. He was very nice and he explained everything that required fixing and why, showed us photos of the job before and after(which was good for my hubby as he can't get up on the roof anymore to see what's going on). Hubby (80 yrs old)was offering help and watching on at times and Mike was so lovely and courteous and patient with him. Much appreciated.
