Late on Friday afternoon our hot water unit burst water going everywhere we called Oliver he spoke to us clearly on how to turn the water and power off. Then 30min later he was here to check on everything. The shops to get another were shut yet 7am the next day he was at our home replacing the heater. Best plumber we have ever had.
