We can’t recommend Mitch from A Grade Plumbing highly enough. For the past year and a half we’ve been dealing with an ongoing leak at our investment property. We had countless trades come out, all attempting fixes, but nothing ever solved the problem, costing us thousands in the process. Mitch was the first person to properly investigate the issue. Within minutes of being on the roof, he identified a rusted box gutter that had somehow been completely missed by everyone else. He took clear photos and walked us through exactly what he found over the phone, explaining the cause of the leak, the risks if left unresolved, and what needs to be done to fix it. His customer service is friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about his work. He takes pride in problem-solving and doing the job properly, rather than just quick fixes. After such a long and frustrating experience, it’s a huge relief to finally have someone we trust to resolve the issue properly. We’re very grateful to have found Mitch and can’t wait for him to complete the work!

We had Mitch inspect a water leak around our skylight following the storm in February 2026. He was very professional and also addressed a number of pre-existing issues with our gutters. A Grade Plumbing have been great to deal with. Came out promptly when I contacted them, looked at my problem spots, explained clearly what would be needed to fix them and gave me the quote. Max C came out to our place today to fix a number of things for us. Great communication from the admin team and from Max in regards to arrival time (we are renting and have issues in the past with trades not communicating with us, only the real estate which causes miscommunication). Really polite and friendly, he completed multiple jobs in a short period of time but all jobs were completed to a high standard and he cleaned up any mess prior to leaving. Would definitely recommend A Grade Plumbing and Gas and would happily use them in the future!
