Huge Thankyou to Brett and the team at Complete Plumbing. Of course the Solar needs replacing while we are on holidays. You guys quickly got the job done so we didn’t have to worry about it.

Excellent service. Booking process was easy. Had a leaking tap in my ensuite bathroom, Patrick replaced the tap no issues. Explained the process and finished the job in no time. Asked if he could fix another tap whilst he was here, and he sorted that too. Highly recommend and will use again.

I recently had the pleasure of using Complete Plumbing for some urgent plumbing work at my home in Palmerston, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment they arrived, the team was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They listened carefully to the issue, explained the problem and the best solution in plain language and got straight to work. What impressed me most was how competent and efficient they were — they completed the job quicker than expected without cutting any corners. Every step was thorough: they checked everything related to the issue, cleaned up meticulously afterwards (you'd barely know they'd been there), and even took the time to show me what they'd done and offer tips to prevent future problems. No upsells, no surprises on the quote, just honest, high-quality work at a fair price. It's rare to find tradies who combine such skill with genuine care for the customer. If you're in Palmerston and need plumbing done right the first time, look no further than Complete Plumbing. 5 stars aren't enough — they're absolutely outstanding! Thank you for a stress-free experience. I'll be calling them again for any future needs and happily referring friends and family.

Recently had a drainage problem with my kitchen sink. Two lads from complete plumbing arrived early and got stuck into it. Turns out it wasn't so straight forward an issue. They went from plan A, to plan B then to plan C to fix it. All very quickly. Explained it all clearly to me on the go, rectified the problem in good time and we're still gone within a couple hours. They were polite, professional, engaging and left the area very clean. Hardly tell they'd even been here. 5 stars for complete plumbing and Patrick and Zion 🤙

We came home from one night away and our whole downstairs floor was flooded from a flexi pipe that had burst. Straight on the phone to Complete Plumbing and they were here within half an hour, the young lad was awesome, he fixed the issue and then proceeded to move everything to clean up the water. Greta service, especially on a Sunday arvo. Could not recommend these blokes enough!
