The repairs were completed efficiently as soon as fittings were available, and the workmanship was of high standard. What really stood out was the courtesy and customer service—everything was left clean and tidy, and the pricing was fair with no surprises.

  I contacted almost all the plumbers in the Fraser coast region. None were interested in installing my heater. Then I was told by an out of area company to try Approved Plumbing Services. Rang on Monday, made booking for Wed. Dray arrived on time and we had a heater that night. (Along with minor roof repairs that were needed.) Could not speak more highly of this company. Cost also well within my budget, compared to some quotes given to others on Facebook, Google etc. Thoroughly recommend them.

  Dray is a legend. Talk about fast, efficient, polite, knows what he's doing. It wasnt planned He fix my plumbing problem. I bought some shoes off him & saw he was a plumber. He offered to do job immediately. He was done in 20 minutes. Perfect job. Very fair $ I'm only calling him from now on.
