Alex was great, three times. He installed our sink and plumbing work in the new kitchen, months later a sealing problem developed in the sink, he came around within the hour and resealed it for us. We just had a toilet stop working last week, I called Alex and he was here within 30mins. He had the right parts, did the job in 15mins. He's a very polite and considerate guy to work with too, has good advice and cares for the customer.
