Jonny from Walker Insured Plumbing is hands down the best plumber I have ever dealt with. He turns up exactly when he says he will — which in itself is rare these days — and his pricing is more than fair. No surprises, no nonsense, just honest, professional service. What really sets Jonny apart is his customer service. He takes the time to properly explain the job before he starts, walks you through what needs to be done, and makes sure you’re completely comfortable with everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job properly, not just rushing through it. The quality of his work is outstanding, and he operates with total professionalism from start to finish. Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you need a plumber, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Jonny is the real deal. Highly, highly recommended. 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work with great attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch and they left everything spotless when they were done. It’s rare to find tradesmen this reliable and honest these days. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Recently upgraded my aging Thermann 26 to the larger Rinnai Infinity 32 and was really impressed with the quick turnaround, quality of work and professional service Jonny delivered. Initially got a few quotes and Jonny's was by far the most competitive. On install day, I also asked Jonny to adjust the temperature to be 50 degrees at the tap which he was more than happy to perform. Would highly recommend Jonny to anyone needing plumbing services as I know they will receive honest advice, excellent workmanship and customer service at a high standard
