Absolutely brilliant service. Had a pump problem, Andrew was an absolute legend and talked me through the process over the phone to get the broken part. Great service. We had a failing pump on a Saturday morning weekend before Christmas. We called around but there was no one available to come and fix it, we were looking at a very difficult Christmas break with no water! Andrew came to the rescue and was able to walk us through the repair over the phone. He hung in there, went back and forth over several phone calls until the problem was fixed. Supplied the part we needed at a reasonable price. Incredible service, we won't be going anywhere else for our pump parts and servicing from now on. Thanks SO MUCH!
