David responded to my request on a timely manner, turned up on the date and time as promised. Very polite and engaging, explained what needed to be done and undertook the sewer line inspection very thoroughly and went through all the detail with me. Very happy with the service and communication and was a reasonable cost for what was provided. Highly recommended.

Brilliant job today from Jett, fixing a water pipe and valve that was knocked over by a car. Great communication from David and Jett in the process, and Jett came out on short notice. Will definitely use these guys again for my plumbing needs!

Had a great experience with Blocked Up – Central Coast Plumbing. Dave was friendly, easy to deal with, and super efficient. He even swung by on a Sunday morning to sort out our blockage, which we really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was fair, and he genuinely took pride in his work. I was out of town when an external tap fixture to my household incurred a leak. The item caused me a bit of stress due to being away from my home, however my neighbour engaged David and his team to rectify and repair in my absence. Jett looked after the job. Without even meeting or sharing any direct call or correspondence myself, the job was done the same day as the initial contact. An experienced call was made by Jett to slightly relocate the tap to avoid a future incident, which I appreciated as it serves the best interests of the household for longer term consideration. My neighbour sent me before and after impressions while I was still away and the repair looked great, with quality parts used. Basically the job was done before I even saw the impacted area myself in person which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was not pressured to settle any payment prior to the job or even the same day despite the job being fully completed. My first direct contact with the vendor was a couple days later for a normal invoice which I paid promptly. I would not hesitate in contacting David again for future plumbing needs. The guys turned up same day and 'Unblocked'. Great service and excellent knowledge to help with a cracked piped. Equipment and skills to professionally answer all the questions and effectively get the job completed in the shortest time. Completed the job in an hour.
