  I highly recommend Sydney Blocked Drains. Pat and James are professionals through and through. They arrive when they say they do. They pick up their phones. Their communication is second to none. My stormwater system had totally failed. James came and did a thorough investigation of my problems and after discussion gave me a detailed fair quote. They were innovative and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. At the end of each day we discussed what they had done and why and what the plan was for the next day. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. As we had to use our neighbour's driveway, they communicated directly with them and were very respectful. I agree with our engineer when he said 'they went above and beyond' what was expected. Thank you Sydney Blocked Drains you have restored my faith in tradies again!

  James and Patrick provided me with a reliable and long-term solution to the problem with toilet blocked drainage They were honest in their cost and always in time attending to my property. They thoroughly cleaned after they finished the job and I did not need to do anything after that.   Had a problem with mysterious water spilled from sewerage covers under the backyard deck after heavy rain. Rang the guys and they booked me in for inspection. James showed up exactly on time at 12pm to our delight. He inspected the problem, and tracked down the source was from the downpipe deep under the fire tree 40 meters away (which was supposed to be repaired by the other plumber who came twice to fix the job several years ago. Clearly the problem was not fixed back then years ago !) James quickly showed us why the problem was still at large that was supposed to be fixed by the previous plumber. And he walked us through solutions, quoted us the fair price for the solution we chose and scheduled the repair. Again, James showed up on time on the date of repair. Professionally finished the job on time and gave us the warranty of the job. Last night there was a heavy rain. I went out checked the sewerage cover location - it remained dry indicating the problem has been fixed !! What else more we could have expected from Sydney Blocked Drains service? These guys are professionals and they do blocked drains only. They are very quick, fair pricing, delivered the fix with warranty and site was left cleaned and tidy. Perfect experience of using their service. Absolutely top notched. They are now in the top list of the trades we kept in our record for any future engagement.
