  Shannon responded quickly to a rather ‘stinky job’ we needed doing asap. Our waste water pipe had come off the straps holding it up. This resulted in the pipe cracking and a section needing replacing. Shannon was able to get this sorted, with a minimum of fuss and mucking around. Price was very fair and reasonable. Prior to contacting Shannon, I checked out reviews from past customers. Must admit, I was a little bit doubtful, but having seen his work, have no doubt that 5 stars are well and truly justified. No hesitation in recommending Shannon for further plumbing jobs!

  Shannon has completed two projects for us... Firstly, surface and sub-soil drainage around our home, to ensure the sub-floor will remain bone-dry in to the future. Secondly, groundworks and installation of a GEOHEX driveway and Road Reserve crossing. This was the first time our Council has approved this type of work. It's such a relief to deal with someone who communicates so well, is timely in their work, tidy on site, well organised, diligent and a good problem solver.   Phoned Shannon on Friday afternoon re pump not working in rainwater tank and he was on site first thing Monday morning. After ascertaining pump was unable to be repaired, Shannon left to purchase a new pump which was promptly installed as well as a new filter. He achieved the best water pressure we have ever had in our system. We cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided and the quality of workmanship. It was a pleasure having him working at our property and would happily give him 10 stars. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

He warned that the repair while being a temporary repair was not ideal and that replacing the tap itself would be the only way to provide a permanent repair. With that in mind we have asked Shannon to return and complete the job. I recommend Shannon. His workmanship and prompt service is very much appreciated.
