We recently had our Billi system fixed in our workplace kitchen and starting with Stacey who gave us great service in organizing the repairs and determining what needed fixing, we then received two service technicians Nathan and Evan who provided excellent service and Evan completed the final works and his knowledge and service was exceptional. Amazing customer service. They responded within an hour and arrived on time. The plumber was very professional, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it efficiently.
