Second time utilising Sal for hot water installation. He was so professional 7 years ago doing an urgent replacement that I contacted him again to upgrade to a heat pump system and relocate the tank closer to our most used outlet. Sal guided me in my selection of a system. His team were fantastic and did a wonderful job relocating the new system which is working beyond my expectations. A minor plumbing issue was discovered and dealt with imediately without question. I can confidently recommend Sal and his team for anything hot water related.

Absolute Legends, cannot praise them enough for the job they did. My old hot water system tipped out Thursday at 3 pm, Friday by lunchtime I had the new system in, up and running. Very reasonable pricing, friendly communication, rocked up with electricians, everyone did a neat job, and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience, very friendly and polite! Thank you Tye, Aaron and Matthew! One star less because they came back a few days later unannounced to take another picture of the serial number. Would’ve appreciated a heads up and finding a suitable time that worked for the both of us.

Very professional service. Responsive from the initial enquiry through to the completion of install of new heat pump HWS. Very neat installation with attention to detail by Sal Thomas and his assistant. Significantly cheaper than other quotes received for the same product.
