Great experience with Dempsey Plumbing & Excavations. They were on time, easy to deal with and did a really tidy, professional job. Communication was clear the whole way through and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find reliable trades on the Central Coast, but these guys absolutely delivered. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I honestly could not recommend this plumber more highly. After dealing with ongoing plumbing issues, I feel very fortunate to have found Luke. He is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about fixing the root cause of the issue, instead of putting a bandaid on it like many others do unfortunately. It’s such a relief finding a tradesperson you can trust in your home. If I could give 6 stars I would. We won’t use anyone else from now on! Huge thank you to Luke, Mitch and Chase for going above and beyond in our time of need :)

Highly recommended! Luke, Lindsay and Mitch did a big, tricky job installing drains in the back of the house for ground water and a trench drain in the garage for the underground water. First time the house has been dry since the floods of 2022. Affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, top blokes and exceptional work.

Luke was amazing he even turned up a day early! Yes an early tradie! Thankyou so much Luke we are so very grateful. We had a very bad leak under the driveway. Luke fit us in next day then located the leak under our driveway and fixed it next day. It could have been very expensive but he offered us a less expensive work around option which we are so grateful for. He even got some parts at cost for us! Genuine lovely guy with amazing communication. 100% recommended!!

Luke was very quick to organise a plumber to attend our premises, to replace a tempering valve that was no longer working as it should. Mitch, the attending plumber, arrived in next to no time and was very easy going and professional. He got the job done to a high level and we couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys - honest, friendly, flexible, quality workmanship, and fair prices. Top notch!

1.Luke was out within 2 hours of my call, to quote my job. I found him extremely knowledgeable and personable, and I will be using him for the job he quoted. I'm very happy with his service. 2.Luke and Mitch came out to do the job. They had a few tree root challenges whilst digging in a new septic tank and dispersal area, but tackled it with a smile. Mitch re plumbed the whole house and made it all compliant, whilst Luke worked his skills excavating the huge hole for the tank. They are quick, but precise. 3. An extra drainage field was required, as a huge floater rock was hindering the drainage of the run off area, which was not evident at the time of installation, as the rock was below and not visible at all. Luke and Mitch came back within a day of me calling Luke, and found the problem, and a way around it. These guys are great. They come highly recommended by me.
