Sam was friendly, helpful and offered us alternative ways to complete our job. After our initial contact with the office, they gave us a time range and then on the day, sent a text to tell us the exact time of Sam’s arrival. Great service! So different from hanging around all day. And a good outcome for our leaking toilet.

Eddie and Cameron were amazing to deal with. I was discouraged with plumbers not getting back to me. I’d received an advertising magnet in the mail and decided to call Rae.co. The lady on the phone was a dream to deal with, Eddie and Cameron were on time, efficient, worked out how to do what I was asking for, communicated with me through the whole process, quoted and offered to do the job on the spot, no dramas at all. The whole process was easy and I’m so happy. Definitely will use them again if I need a plumber.

Iggy took the time to clearly explain the problem and provided us with different options and quotes. Both were professional, friendly and very respectful in our home. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up so thoroughly you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Highly recommend Iggy and the team for their honesty and quality workmanship.

Jake was great to deal with from start to finish. He arrived promptly, was professional throughout, and completed the work to a high standard. Communication was clear and the jobs were undertaken efficiently with no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

I think I have just found my forever plumbing company. I phoned to book one day and Cameron came out the very next day. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom which I was very concerned about and expected it to be a tricky and possibly very expensive repair. Cameron was excellent. He explained the process in detail and gave me options. I was advised the quote on the spot and at the end of it all. The leak was detected and rectified without it going a cent over what was quoted. Cameron was honest, friendly, an excellent communicator, clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. 5 stars from me.
