Having recently arrived into Australia we wanted the reassurance of having a local company install our new system for peace of mind in the coming years. We're so pleased to have found this company. I had a fantastic experience with Newcastle Hot Water Services. They came out on a Sunday to inspect my gas hot water system — with no call-out fee, which was a pleasant surprise. The replacement was done first thing Monday morning, in heavy rain, yet they completed the job efficiently and to a very high standard. Everything was installed cleanly and is working perfectly. Their professionalism, reliability, and dedication really stood out. Highly recommended!

Gavin and his Team were great. They turned up when they said they would, put in a temporary hot water system until they could get the one needed, and then installed the new one. It was all done with a minimum fuss and I happily recommend them.

I decided to get a Heat Pump hot water service albeit knowing little about them so I contacted Newcastle Hot Water Service. The before sales service was excellent, they explained what pump would be the best for us, what size would suit our family, they came and told me the best place to install it. Then as it was being installed answered all my questions and then some. If you’re looking to have your hot water system replaced there’s only one place to go Hunter hot water services I found the whole experience excellent from the phone call I made on the Monday to the Tuesday afternoon when my hot water service was completed. I rang a few places and I found that they were the best price and the best service within 24 hours. The job was done. The gentlemen that came out and put the system in was very professional polite and a nice guy to talk to. I would highly recommend Hunter hot water services as they do the job well.
