My renovation project was plumbed by Sam @ Pro service plumbing who was engaged by my builder Michael @ extreme tiling & renovation to bring an old 1990 villa back to life We agreed to gut all wet areas.. AND WE DID What a team !! The work was done to perfection The photos tell what can be achieved in restoring life to an old tired build. *Master Bath room complete relay & refit *Extension to the Ensuite ( loads of plumbing here) area now double original size *Laundry re-plumbed & fitted is now a functional work space *Kitchen area gutted, re plumbed & refitted to 2024 standard * water pressure in all areas AWESOME . * All bathroom fittings perfectly install I recommend Sam @ Pro Service Plumbing. I was really happy with these guys and their work. I didn’t have a repair or an emergency, but I wanted something redone in an unusual way and they made it happen pretty quickly and easily. I had a number of plumbers visit and most just gave me a bunch of disappointing answers, making it sound so complicated or expensive, or advising me to do outlandish things instead - which I had already considered and didn’t want to. Pro Service applied care and creativity, thought outside the box and treated it as if they were working on their own property, which I appreciated because this job called for it or it wouldn’t have worked. They gave me the outcome I wanted where others didn’t/couldn't want to put the effort into. They did really good quality work with high quality fittings. Coincidentally a different issue arose from a previous installation another company did and they were able to fix it on the spot, replacing it with higher quality part that would last longer. They were upfront and clear with prices and also took the time to answer my questions and educate me on some things that would help with what I was trying to do. In Sydney you Google plumber and you have hundreds and hundreds of options, but the ones that you need to keep in your contacts are the ones who are willing to work with what you have, not tell you what you should have instead/ if only/ yada yada when you clearly can’t. Sam came to help me when my hot water blew up. He came so quick and helped me choose the best option for us to replace our system. I was a bit of a nightmare but Sam was so lovely. I had to make a decision on my own and he helped, even when I changed my mind. From a women’s point of view, you don’t get tradie’s like this often!

I recently had the pleasure of having Sam and Alex complete plumbing work for my laundry renovation and I could not be more impressed. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and excellent communicators. They handled every challenge that came up with efficiency and skill, solving problems quickly without fuss. They installed a new gas cooker perfectly, added a gas point outside so we can now plug our barbecue straight in and both the laundry and kitchen areas were left absolutely spotless when the job was done. Their attention to detail, workmanship, and pride in their work truly stood out. I had gathered many quotes beforehand and not having known Sam and Alex previously, I am so glad I chose them. Their work was far better than I could have hoped for. I was so impressed that I have already booked them in to complete my bathroom and ensuite renovation.
