We recently had our bathroom fully renovated by Steffan at Plumbing Things, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From start to finish, he was a total professional, incredibly clean and tidy throughout the job, always communicating clearly, and he finished everything exactly within the timeline we’d agreed on (a rarity these days!). What really impressed me was his skill and attention to detail. You can genuinely see the difference in the quality of his work compared to other works we’ve had done in the past, everything was perfectly finished, and such a great upgrade for our lifestyle. He also offered great advice on both design choices and practical details I wouldn’t have thought of myself, these decisions ended up really lifting the overall look and functionality of the space. It’s clear he takes a huge amount of pride in his work, and it shows in every part of the finished bathroom down to the small details. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steffan to anyone looking for someone who’s not just reliable and tidy, but exceptionally skilled at what they do.

Steffan recently completed a job on my mum’s bathroom and she could not be happier with the outcome. His attention to detail is absolutely immaculate, and you can genuinely see the care and pride he puts into his work. It’s really hard to find someone these days who truly cares about their customers and the quality of their workmanship, but from our experience, Steffan definitely does. Professional, reliable, and thorough from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend!

We had water all over our kitchen floor at our property on Kingsgrove. Called Steffan from Plumbing Things and explained the emergency situation. He was able to come out really quickly. He found the issue straight away, explained what had caused it and got everything fixed without any stress. He was professional, friendly and kept us calm in a stressful situation 😅 Reasonably priced & the place was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend Steffan and Plumbing Things, absolute lifesaver.
