We recently had our bathroom and laundry renovated by Nu-Trend and couldn’t be happier with the experience and the end result. From the outset, they were extremely responsive and reliable, keeping us informed at every stage of the project. They took the time to really listen to all of our design ideas and preferences, and also provided sound, practical suggestions that genuinely improved the final outcome. The team was professional throughout the entire process and consistently tidy on site. It was clear they cared deeply about the quality of their own work, as well as the workmanship of their subcontractors, all of whom delivered to a very high standard. We recently had a new bathroom installed and are very pleased with the result. The space has been transformed and looks excellent. The team were friendly, professional and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. As with many renovation projects, a few unexpected issues arose but these were managed efficiently. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and would happily recommend them.
