  The service I received from Nick on 15 & 16.10.25 was excellent. In the feedback I rated him 10/10. Frances answered my call and was very helpful booking me in the same day. Nick tested my hot water system which was playing up going from hot to cold with little movement of the lever. My heater is no longer made. Nick arranged for a new heater to suit the location and the size required. This was installed efficiently the next day. I highly recommend Nick and the team .
