I will definitely use Brandon and his team again. They replaced hardware in my laundry and bathroom 3 years ago. The dishwasher installation was a challenge but Brandon didn't disappoint. He even organised for another local trade to make a space in my kitchen for it to fit. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. I also had to call Brandon last December when the cold water tap in the bathroom stopped working. He sent Jacob (the same day) and he did a quick fix (it was a faulty washer). All finished in time for the family Xmas.

Had the pleasure of getting in touch with Brandon from Pillar’s Plumbing to rough in and fit off an entire house Renovation. The boys did a great job, they were on time, tidy and communicated very well. Look forward to working again in the future!

Being the daughter of a retired plumber, I had high standards when working with plumber. I am so very grateful that my husband and I found Brandon and his team. Brandon and Jake whole house re-piping, installed new gas for an oven, installed hot water system and re-trenched our septic tank. All works are outstanding and the service was impeccable. Brandon was informative, always took our calls, and was professional in all dealings. Plus he was excellent value. My thoughts are that if there was a trade that a person has a long working association - it’s a plumber… and Brandon has been there on our renovation journey every step. I have used Pilar’s now for some years. Brendan and his team have been fantastic. From minor installing sinks, fixing taps, bathroom and shower install, to major works and drainage and septic work! Brendon has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, I have been using Brendan for a bit over 3 years as he done a fair bit of work on my rental property. Brendan always returns your calls and goes out of his way to attend to any issues I've had in the past. Friendly, well spoken, and his workmanship is the best, does a neat job and leaves no mess. We have had Pillars Plumbing do a number of jobs at our home in Nelson Bay over the last year, from assistance with spa pool plumbing, decorative and fully functional out door shower in full copper plumbing with integrated pebble drain, and most recently fully automatic irrigation on our front lawn. Brandon is extremely trustworthy and efficient, and has conducted works at our home unsupervised with a door code given for access whilst we are away - can’t recommend any higher
