Read moreContacted Maida plumbing for a second opinion on the major works required for the sewer pipes replacement. Joel and the team came out to site the next day for a cost free quote. Turns out the pipe was too clogged for the camera and the guys had to go through the jetting process to get the end to end footage in order to provide a comprehensive quote. As it was late afternoon when the guys finished up, they returned the next day to complete a courtesy thorough pipe clean. It's great that there's proper notifications prior to attending site. Would greatly recommend

Read moreWe are a 6-household unit block in Chatswood. Our building's sewage pipe was cracked at multiple sections by tree roots. Joel sent his team twice on site and did a thorough CCTV check for the sections which suffered the most blockage. The quote was customized to meet our budget and was honored for nearly a year allowing us to raise enough fund for the Strata. Before the work commenced per schedule, our sewage pipe got blocked again and Joel sent his team to have it cleared for us at no charge. When the work commenced, certain section of the sewage pipe turned out to be too hard to reach and required them to dig 1.5 meter down to expose the pipe and build a new open point. They did all these additional work with no extra cost. The quote was for 13 meters but they ended up relining around 16 meters for us, again no extra cost. "we don't surprise our customers with sudden quote increase in the middle of work", Joel said to us. Joel's team are friendly, honest and professional. They don't up-sell or cut corners with their work. They take pride in what they do and did make high-quality deliveries. We highly recommend his team!
