  I had water rushing out of a tap on a Sunday evening and they were on site to fix the issue within 30 minutes. The tap couldn't be fixed properly so it was repaired enough so we didn't have to shut off the water. They were back the next evening to fix everything. On top of this I was expecting a high bill especially being Sunday rates but the total cost was less than $300. Very impressed and would recommend.

  Very nice man, came within 30 minutes, the time he said he would come, excellent service. As it was New Years Day we had rung most of the plumbers in Newcastle and Maitland but they either said we were out of the area or just refused to come, even when we said it was a water meter that had been damaged and water was gushing every where. Good on you John I will recommend you to family and friends if they need a plumber.

  We have used John Phillips repeatedly over 10 years. We have had them install new products, unblock drains, fix hot water systems and even remove an old solar water system from the roof. The staff are all professional and friendly. Rates are reasonable and the job is always done quickly and properly. We recommend them to friends and family.

  I had an emergency at 1:30am after a reckless driver mounted my kerb and took out my water meter. I rang 15 different “24 hr” local plumbers and these guy were the only ones to call me back (promptly I should add as well) These guys are the ones to call if you have an after hours emergency hands down!
