He had a look at the issue and he explained me the cause of the issue and honestly told what can be fixed and what will be a hard fix. He suggested installing a PRV and provided a quote really quick, which was great. Jacob came to install it, he even had to run to the shop to get the valve of my liking. I spoke with Colin, who was very polite and prompt in responding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues in simple terms and outlined how he would address each one. Afterward, he provided a reasonable invoice and offered helpful suggestions without pressuring us into unnecessary additional work. The following day, Jacob, a plumber from CS Crown, arrived to carry out the work as per the quote. He went above and beyond by also addressing the shower taps and checking the shower mixer for free, even though these services were not part of the original agreement. Jacob’s workmanship was excellent – he was efficient, focused, and completed the job on time without any unnecessary delays. We are extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely call CS Crown again for any future plumbing needs. We highly recommend them for their trusted and reliable service.

I had three toilets installed and they did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable...and the owner explains everything for us to understand..the young gentleman worked very hard and is very trustworthy...we couldn't of had better honest plumbers than Crown Plumbing..we highly recommend this company to other clients 😀
