Fabulous experience with Crossroads Plumbing in Davidson. They were able to respond at short notice to a broken gas water heater, completely replace it the next day - a Saturday (in the pouring rain!). Tom was lovely to deal with and really went above and beyond. Great service, nice people and a lovely, tidy job. Highly recommend.

My house needed new tap-ware. Crossroads Plumbing’s Tom Gough and team were recommended to me by a friend. From the way they phoned ahead, entered my house, handed me a flat white coffee, through to value adds like pressure cleaning my roof and replacing my water filter - as Tom quoted his naturopath: “if your drinking water isn’t filtered, you ARE the filter!!” - the extra time taken on the little things - cleaning up meticulously, no-charge extras like buffing my older taps to a shine, fixing the toilet flush, resolving a hot water tap in the laundry and removing an unsightly, now defunct, gas pipe from the side of my house - if you need a plumber but you’re not sure of everything that needs doing, Crossroads will address the needed repairs and replacements, all cost effectively, and not do unnecessary extras that you really don’t need or cannot afford - I couldn’t recommend Crossroads Plumbing highly enough. Great service from Matt and Tom, I contacted Matt on Friday night about the emergency we had with the hot water tank. He responded very quickly on the same night. The next morning I gave details on what was happening with the tank and straight away he knew what the issue was and how to fix it. Later that afternoon, Tom got in contact with me and came to Wheeler Heights to replace our hot water tank. The service was super efficient and we no longer have any problems and our water is better than before. I highly recommend Matt and Tom’s services! - Elizabete

We received excellent service from crossroads plumbing in Ryde. Strong recommend. Matt was very professional and took a lot of care. They recommended and installed a kitchen tap and replacement toilet seat as well as replacing rusted fixtures. Explained everything really clearly and how best to maintain as well.

My partner and I had a water leaking issue in our apartment in Macquarie Park and had to call a plumber to fix it. We had same issue 6 months ago and previous plumber’s fixed didn’t last. Matt didn’t just focus on the main problem, he also took the time to inspect other areas such as the kitchen and laundry. He made a list of items that may need attention and clearly explained what was necessary, offering different repair options for us to consider. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure us but instead gave thoughtful solutions and choices. He replaced the leaking water tap with a new one with a good quality water pressure, changed the corroded toilet tube to prevent a burst, and removed an unused tap in the laundry to prevent future leaks. Whenever he found an issue, he explained the cause and provided clear recommendations. He worked smoothly and efficiently, and the quality of his work was excellent. After finishing, he cleaned all the areas he had worked on. He is very professional, kind, and friendly. I truly felt I could trust him. Could not speak more highly of the professionalism shown by Matt! He did such an awesome job and responded promptly and came to Willoughby and he left the place cleaner than when he found it. Was so impressed that I’ve recommended Crossroads Plumbing to my strata committee and friends!
