Steve and the team at Australian Licensed Hot Water were fantastic. We called up for advice after deciding to replace our gas hot water system with a heat pump. Steve explained all the options clearly and then organised everything for us. Mick, Steve and Dave, who did the installation, all turned up exactly when they said they would, were friendly and professional and did a very neat job – even in the middle of a heatwave! They made sure we knew how to operate the unit and had everything set up exactly how we wanted it. We’ll definitely be using them again if we need any plumbing done in future.

We moved into a new house recently. It has 10kw of solar panels yet a $3,000 p.a. Electricity bill which we identified was largely due to a 30 year old off peak hot water system. We contacted Steve and worked through our options, installing a Reclaim AI heat pump v2 400 L hot water system. Steve’s advice on warranties, sizing and management of the system were all first class. Installation by Steve and his team was fast and flawless. Our first electricity bill dropped from our monthly $250 average to $0. We are just so pleased, impressed and better off. And we have plenty of hot water. At this rate, we will have paid back our investment in just over 2 years.

Steve, David and Mick were completely professional, courteous and obliging when installing our new hot water service.
