When a pipe burst in the middle of the night Les answered the phone and I am so grateful! He talked me through how to shut the water off and arrived early on the Saturday morning to replace the faulty flexible hose. I was terrified I was going to need a new hot water system but they replaced a valve and have extended the lifespan of the system. Absolutely lovely guys to deal with, highly recommend.

They are professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He worked efficiently and solved the problem with minimal disruption.
