  Luke was a very enthusiastic and likeable person. He was able to explain why we had the problems we had and was able to fix it all with not much disruption to us while we were still home. Luke also gave us some hints on after-care for the work he had done and we have had no issues since. We would definitely use Authentic Plumbing and Gas fitting again.
