I had Kynan attend my mum’s house today for a leaking hot water system and he was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely lovely. He explained everything clearly and diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it without any fuss and also helped me out fixing some of mums taps inside the home. We’re extremely grateful for his professionalism and his. Highly recommended!

Had IPG attend to look at my storm water after recent heavy downpour. Jetted my drains and saved me the expense of a dig up which was quoted heavily by another local company. Had the guys come and check on some water hammer we were experiencing in the house. Blake and his mate were both very respectful, they finished a previous job early so called to make sure it was okay if they arrived 15 mins early. Once there they tested everything to find the problem. Once the issue was found they explained exactly what was happening and causing the issue and what they were going to do to fix it. Fixed it there on the spot and tested everything again on their way out to make sure it was fixed - highly recommend the team at Independent Plumbing and Gas Fitting to any one!
