I couldn’t be happier with the work Massi did micro cementing my bathroom in Brunswick East. From the outset, he provided a very competitive quote, but at no point was quality compromised. In fact, the finish is the finest and most detailed micro cement application I have personally seen. The level of care Massi brought to the job was exceptional. He never rushed the process, yet when he was on site he worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and was always respectful of my home. Communication was another standout. Massi kept me informed at every stage, clearly explaining what he was doing, when he would return, and how long each step would take. That level of transparency made the whole experience stress free. I was also doing some painting myself and Massi generously shared tips that genuinely made a world of difference to the final result. Beyond the workmanship, Massi is simply a pleasure to deal with. Polite, kind, and professional, he is the sort of tradesperson you rarely come across these days. I have already recommended him to friends and family and will absolutely be getting him back for future work. I am beyond ecstatic with the result.

Had Massi from primo Venetian come and install some Micro Cement on my kitchen benchtops and splashbacks. I was absolutely amazed with the transformation.
