I used Mark months ago for spider treatment in my courtyard and booked in with him again for a potential roach issue. However, upon arrival, we spoke about what I thought to be german roaches and I was incorrect. Mark provided me with knowledge, inspected my area and was up front about my situation in he told me there were no signs of german roaches, but I was mistaking them for oriental roaches and gave me the option to either go with the original treatment or save my money. I highly recommend for everyone to use Mark based on his honesty, integrity and knowledge.
