We are so glad we found Josh to complete our pre-purchase pest inspection. He was incredibly thorough, going above and beyond to ensure our older home was free from termites, moisture issues, and timber damage. His detailed report was clear, professional, and gave us complete confidence moving forward with the purchase. Josh also took the time to talk through the findings with us, answer all our questions, and highlight things we wouldn’t have even considered in an older property. He came fully equipped with the right tools and provided genuine peace of mind. On top of his professionalism, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, approachable, and very understanding of what a big decision buying a home is for a family. We couldn’t recommend Josh highly enough!
