    I used MRP Pest control a few months back when I bought a new house and wanted it sprayed for bugs. The service was carried out as per the agreed time, however there was some damage that occurred at the house. The owner of the business (Ray) personally came around to the property to discuss it with me. I wasn't looking for the full cost of the repairs I had to pay reimbursed as I felt the design of the property played a part. Therefore, I was satisfied when we agreed on a full refund from MRP, which covered half my costs. I felt that was fair and Ray was dealt with the manner professionally. The service and subsequent rectification of my issue was all excellent, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them in the future.
