iSPECT Building Inspections - Perth

I utilised the iSPECT service for a building inspection report, as I had limited time and required an efficient and reliable service. I was not disappointed. The team were quick to respond and provided a detailed report in a short time. The price was affordable too. I recommend iSPECT without hesitation.

APBI was recommended by a friend. We used them for a final inspection for a house we were building. The building inspector (Carl) was very knowledgeable, very thorough in his work, friendly, patient in helping and answering all of our questions. The report was easy to understand and a very quick turnaround time and picked up a lot of things that would have been none the wiser on that kept the builders on their toes. Head office/admin could have had a better experience particularly with customer service, not as friendly and had an issue with pricing which they initially were very reluctant to help but eventually came around. Overall I would still recommend APBI, the experience in general was good, knowledgeable inspector and easy to read report.

Not only were they the cheapest inspection service I found, but our inspector Carl was extremely thorough and spent half and hour on the phone running through everything in addition to the 60+ page report. APBI did a fantastic job conducting a building inspection for my recent property purchase.
