What a wonderful service. Right from the first phone call the staff (I spoke mainly with Belinda) were professional, friendly and very helpful. On the day I received a reminder and Dwayne took the time to explain the process and the outcome with me. Very happy.

I have been very happy with the ant treatment from Bug Busters. It was easy to get a quick appointment, the technician who came explained everything clearly and the results have been extremely good. I had a big ant infestation in the garden that had spread to the inside of the house, the treatment has completely eradicated the house ant problem and the outside number have significantly reduced. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Brilliant job and price. I went with the termite bait stations for my property. These are environmentally friendlier than liquid treatments and I wanted to protect the other insects, especially bees. And of course my beautiful dog (who eats the grass). Highly recommend this company.

Great service and great workman ship. After a miscommunication by Bug Busters which left me feeling dissatisfied with their service i was contacted by them immediately and they did everything in their power to rectify the issue. In the end they fixed the issue i had and provided me with a prompt and extremely effective service. I found this company after I was browsing the reviews of different pest control companies after recently discovering termite tracks in my home. Jeanette was the first person that I came in contact with. She is a lovely lady who helped me organise a technician very quickly. Derryn and Dwayne were the exterminators who came to my house and helped me with the termite extermination and prevention. They were very efficient, helpful and professional in their work, and I felt worry-free when they came to perform the jobs at my house. They also went above and beyond by providing me with further information about termite prevention in the future. I am very thankful towards the team at Bug Busters for their 5-star service.
