Everything that Robert has done has been professional in his approach to save the bees in his removal. Thank you very much. Very much appreciated. I have supplied the photo's shown, to let you know they do not just kill pests. These were taken to a bee keeper. Kind regards Clint.

I would just like to say thank you to Robert from (Jim's Termite & Pest Control) who did a really good job of getting rid of the possums (technically not in our unit). He came 3 times and solved my problem for the same price as the scammed who only came once who didn't do their job. It took us 3 months to decide to get someone else to come out after we got scammed. Back in June I contacted ALTONA POSSUM SOLUTION (general pesty solutions) who had someone come to our house. We didn't even see the signs...... 1.The person came to our house in an ordinary van with no signage on the van. 2. Didn't really listen to us to tell him where we think the possum was coming from. 3. Put the cage where we believed the possum wasn't coming from. 4. Paid for the service that the job wasn't done at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use these people. They are a scam.

He very clearly outlined what he needed to do and the potential challenges, he arrived on time and the job was completed quickly and professionally. The service was perfection everything was explained to me in detail by Robert, what the job was and how he was going about it. Explaining the importance of a proper flea treatment upon vacating a rental as opposed to carpet cleaner solution. Knowledgeable friendly and prompt.

Frequently asked questions

How much do pest controllers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on the pest type, how extensive the infestation is, property access and whether follow-up visits are needed. Most pest controllers charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, with materials and repeat treatments adding to the total. The prices shown on this page update live to help you compare current rates.
Do pest controllers charge call-out fees?
Many pest controllers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess your property, which is usually separate from labour and materials. After-hours, weekend or emergency attendance often attracts higher rates. It's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.
Do pest controllers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Pest control work generally must be carried out by a licensed pest controller in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is administered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW). Providers should display a valid state pest management licence and often hold industry credentials such as AEPMA membership or PestCert accreditation, public liability insurance and an ABN with GST registration. Many also provide a written service report and chemical usage log after treatment.
