Mark the possum man

Mark was very professional and completed a thorough inspection of the house. He gave me lots of recommendations on how we could reduce the risk of rats/mice entering the roof and I will definitely call on him again if the issue presents itself. I'll also keep Mark in mind when our termite protection needs updating :) thanks again Mark.

Finally a good night's sleep! We had Mark eradicate every living thing from our roof space. First the possums via one way doors and patching up holes, then the rats. Mark's prices are really reasonable, he finishes the job he starts by coming back to ensure all the pests are gone and he is one of the few, if only, possum experts who actually repairs damage (chewed through weatherboards etc). I recommend him highly and am confident his professionalism and expertise will impress all who deal with him.

Our electrician recommended Mark. We had big problems with chewed wiring that cost us a fortune, so we said no more, we need this fixed. Mark came out, got up on the roof and showed us some photos of the problems, he seemed knowledgeable, so we went ahead. Well well, our 8 year ordeal with these possums was over that night! We just couldn't believe it, so annoyed we didn't get it done sooner. Very happy. He was $100 less than one and $200 less than another price we got.

Mark was very professional and amazing with our long term possum problem. He located 2 possum entry/exit points and any potential new entry points once the 2 existing ones were fixed as he explained that possums will try and find new way into what they regard as 'their home'. He replaced the barge board and montage gable end and we didn't need to be home for him to do it! He is very reasonably priced and did an awesome job with the type of job on hand and a 12 month Free Service Period!! We would highly recommend Mark the Possum Man.

Mark was very professional, cleared both the possum and rats and was very reliable. For the job that he completed (which included re-mortaring my roof) I thought he was very cheap. Also Mark includes a 12 month warranty which is great!. I highly recommend Mark!

After viewing the website, my husband and I decided to call Mark out to our home, as we had noises in our roof space and we were not sure if it was maybe a possum or perhaps rats! Mark was very professional and he climbed all over our roof looking for entry points. He showed us some pictures he took on his phone of where they were getting in and gave us a reasonable price to fix it, so we went ahead on the spot. He put a one way door thing on the roof and night vision cameras in the roof, and came back in a couple of days. The possums had all gone but the cameras showed lots of rats still in the roof. Mark informed us he was also a licensed pest controller, and he took care of that too for no extra fee. We couldn't fault his service in any way, very happy indeed and would happily recommend him.
