Amazing service, the customer service is incredible and the staff they have working are very helpful and knowledgeable, also very reliable. The team even followed up with an around the yard spray 4 weeks later.

I rang Geelong Pest control in a panic and overwhelmed regarding a building and pest inspection issue with a property in Clifton Springs . I spoke with Mitch and he was fantastic and even though they were fully booked out he managed to get Sean out there that afternoon to look at a few areas of concern and provide a report . He was able to reassure me that there were no live termites at the property. Cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond for a first time caller and cannot recommend highly enough . 5 star service , Thank you again Mitch

Absolutely amazing! Every member of staff I had contact with, were so friendly, polite and extremely helpful. It is so clear that their number one concern, is that their clients are happy and expectations are met. They achieve all this, and with such a professional manner. The day I called, they were fully booked, and went out of their way to help. I am allergic to bee stings, and so extremely anxious when bees are nesting on my home. Thank you to Tom who attended, and the other staff that I spoke to, you all gave me so much reassurance and were so knowledgeable. Today’s treatment was the 3rd annual visit. Luke, who also attended last year, was punctual, courteous and thorough. He immediately acknowledged “knowing“ me through last year’s visit which was very welcoming. I spoke to a woman in the office yesterday to check and subsequently alter my arrangements. Unfortunately I didn’t note her name but she was so very helpful, courteous and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble! I thoroughly recommend this Company to anyone seeking professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, courtesy and expertise.
